Returns & Refunds

Monetary refunds are only given on items that are returned in an unopened & undamaged condition unless otherwise stated.

You the customer are responsible for paying all postage costs when returning undamaged, unopened or guaranteed items to us.

Refunds will made in a like form to that of the original payment, i.e. credit/debit cards will be refunded to the original card number, cheque and postal orders will be refunded by Company cheque.

How to return items

1. Post back the item to us via Recorded or Registered delivery. This will ensure proof of returns to us in case the item is lost in the post.

2. Make sure you supply us with your name, address, contact number & order number.

3. On receipt of the item, we will refund you within 10 business days.

4. We reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs for processing refunds and returns this will be deducted from your refund total and will be capped at 10% of the purchase price.

Breakages or Faulty Products

If breakages occur in transit, we will gladly exchange the affected goods. The procedure is as follows:

1. Inform customer services as soon as you receive a product that is broken (It is important that you do this as soon as you can).

2. Make a copy of the invoice, and write your reason for return on the back, & include copy of the invoice inside the package.

3. Wrap package securely.

4. Send to the address shown on the invoice (you did make a copy, didn’t you??. It’s The Natural Root Wellness Clinic, 11 Periton Lane, Minehead, Somerset, TA24 8AQ)

5. We will send a replacement immediately upon receipt, and refund the return postage.

Unsuitable Products

Most products have full or partial descriptions of contents shown on the site. However, if a product is unsuitable for you, you may return it, within 30 days, unopened and undamaged and in the manufacturer’s original packaging, for a full refund, less postage.*

We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for posting your package.

*Please note, we are unable to take returns on probiotic supplements, such as BioCare Replete, Bio-acidophilus and other ‘beneficial bacteria’ supplements.

The returns procedure is the same as for breakages or faulty products, outlined above.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 10 working days once we have received and processed the returned item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by cheque or by credit to your card if you pay by credit or debit card.

Shipping

Postage/Shipping is FREE to all UK mainland Address. Shipping costs to other addresses will be calculated during the order process.

We dispatch Credit/Debit Cards order upon clearance of funds within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order.

Postal Order transactions are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

Cheque Orders are dispatched after they have cleared, this is normally after 7 working days.

All orders are posted in DISCREET PACKAGES – there is no advertising materials on the parcel you receive from us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail howsoever caused.

If orders are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, the postage costs to re-send the item must be paid to us before we can again dispatch the order.

1. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.

2. Credit and Debit card transactions will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.

Data Privacy Policy

To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of any treatment that you give your explicit consent to allow me to document and process your personal medical data. Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments and provide reports or other information concerning your treatment.

I will only collect the information needed so that we can provide you with the services you require, the business does not sell or broker your data.

When someone visits my website (www.getnatural.co.uk) I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

I may pass your information to third party service providers who we have engaged for the purpose of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. I disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service.

I have verified that these third party services are GDPR compliant (or are working towards GDPR compliance), and are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework (or are working towards certification) where these organisations are based outside of the EU.

6. How long do we keep data?

I will process personal data during the duration of any treatment and will continue to store only the personal data needed for eight years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After eight years all personal data will be deleted, unless basic information needs to be retained to meet our future obligations to you, such as erasure details. Records concerning minors who have received treatment will be retained until the child has reached the age of 25.

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • The right to request a copy of the personal data which Get Natural holds about you;
  • The right to request that Get Natural corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
  • The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for Get Natural to retain such data;
  • The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time;
  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
